Grovesnor Sports Review

This is another classic example of a casino and online gaming company that is turning its’ attention to the sporting side of things, and Grosvenor are giving it a sterling effort.

Their casino has been around for a while now after it was founded back in 1970 and they even have 55 locations scattered around the UK with more than 6000 employees on board.

Their headquarters are located in Maidenhead, England and they also feature 2 sister casinos on the other side of the North Sea, in Belgium. They currently offer their customers online options for Black Jack, Roulette, Poker and, of course, their newly developed sportsbook.

Website – Layout & Interface:

Grosvenor Sports have integrated their sports book into their website whilst staying true to their original roots, so if you are familiar with some of the other sections of Grosvenor then the sports section should be a lot easier for you to navigate.

You will notice the Grosvenor logo in the top left corner of the homepage and on the right, directly opposite, is where new customers can sign up and existing customers can login.

Below is a main menu which stretches horizontally across the page, from here you can access all of the different services that Grosvenor provide such as Live Casino, Slots and Games, Table and Card, Sport, Poker, Promotions, Local Casinos and Loyalty.

On the left hand side of the page you will find a link to their in-play section as well as an option to view sports that are starting soon, below this is a popular tab that shows you some of the most browsed events and bets such as accumulators, price boosts as well as different leagues that are all covered.

Underneath the popular section is the complete list of sports at Grosvenor as well as statistic, live scores and betting rules. At the very bottom of the page is an option for you to change how the odds are displayed through their sports book, customers will have the option to change between fractions, decimals and American.

Considering the fact that Grosvenors’ sports section hasn’t been around for all that long, it’s somewhat understandable that they don’t have the most diverse range of markets available. However there is still plenty for players to be getting on with and you can expect full coverage for sports like Football, Tennis, Horse Racing, Rugby Union, Rugby League, Cricket, Darts, Boxing, Basketball, Snooker, Golf, MMA/UFC, TV & Novelty, Australian Rules, American Football, Baseball, Curling, Chess, Cycling, eSports, Enhanced Accas, Floorball, Grosvenor Specials, Greyhounds, Ice Hockey, Handball, Motor Sports, Pesapollo, Netball, Rowing, Politics, Trotting, Surfing, Winter Olympic Games, WWE, Yachting, Volleyball and Winter Sports.

Once you have picked the sport and which game or event you are interested in, you will then be shown a list of available markets for that match. Football for instance has a great variety of markets available and customers will have the chance to bet on the Result, Double Chance, Both Teams to Score, Half Time, Half Time / Full Time, Draw No Bet, Total Goals, Total Goals H/A, Correct Score, Total Goals Odd/Even as well as a bunch of different handicaps and many more markets.

Welcome Bonus & Promotion:

For all new customers who have signed up and created an account will then be eligible for Grosvenor Sports’ welcome bonus, which requires you to credit your account with and bet £5 on any sports market where the odds are 1.5 or higher, you will then receive £20 back as a in your account. There are terms and conditions you should check regarding your free bet, for example, it must be used before 7 days or it will be removed.

Other than the welcome bonus, Grosvenor haven’t really got round to adding much in the way of promotions for their sports book. They have a few bonuses which are tied into you visiting one of their many casinos that exist in and around the UK, which can lead to free bets on football markets and casino sections.

In-Play Betting:

Grosvenor doesn’t have the widest selection of in-play markets of which they cover, however the few that are provided have decent betting markets and customers will find in-play options for sports like Football, Tennis, Cricket, Basketball and Golf. The usual markets are found here and customers can bet on anything from Total Goals, Correct Score, Handicaps, Next Goal, No Goal No Bet, Full Time and Half Time Markets.

Mobile & Tablet:

You can find Grosvenor Sports’ betting application on both the Apple app store or by searching it in google, if you use Android. The application contains everything and more than you can find on the desktop version of the site and really gives you freedom, allowing you to play from anywhere. The application isn’t a requirement, however, if you don’t feel like downloading it and you can head over to Grosvenor Sports’ website from your portable devices browser.

Payment Methods:

Customers of Grosvenor are able to add and withdraw funds from their account in a few different ways, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard are all widely accepted which are all popular and will cover most of the player base, no doubt.

Regarding withdrawing winnings, if you use an e-wallet the funds can appear in your account within 24 hours, people who withdraw directly to their bank can wait a bit longer for the funds to show as available, usually within 3-5 business days.

Customer Support:

Grosvenor does have round the clock support and customers can get in touch in a few different ways. The best method of contact is definitely via their live chat function which is both 24 hours and you can chat 1 to 1 with a member of the team within seconds. You can also get in touch via telephone and email, both are listed on the site.

Overall we are quite pleased with the experience we had at Grosvenor Sports, there are a couple of areas they could improve on such as welcome bonuses and their variety of in-play sports but apart from these, they have designed quite a nifty sports book that both we and their customers are more than happy with. They have good support and informative staff and having them available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is definitely a nice addition.

They have a great website, to boot, and this combined with their solid selection of sports really makes them a great contender and an excellent option if you happen to be in the market for a new online sports betting website. Click below to sign up and create your own Grosvenor account today.
