SuperLenny Sports Review
SuperLenny are probably one of the lesser known betting sites on our list, despite their lack of popularity in the United Kingdom they do offer quite a worthwhile sports book for customers to bet on as they are probably more well known for their online casino. They are operated out of Malta by a company called Betit Operations Limited. Licensed by both the Gambling Commission of Great Britain and the Maltese Gaming Authorities it seems SuperLenny is definitely wanting to expand further into the UK sportsbook market as they already offer a solid online casino.
Layout & User Interface
SuperLenny probably has one of the more unique interfaces out of all the betting sites that we’ve reviewed using an unusual colour scheme and having quite the minimalistic approach to their website with only one rolling banner ad across the top of the page. You can access all of the products that SuperLenny provides at the very top, this is where you can choose from their Live Casino, Online Casino, Sports Book and In-Play Console. Down the left hand side of the website are the quick links and all of the sports that they currently offer markets and prices over. In the centre of the page you will find the pre match betting console which will pick the most popular upcoming sports and underneath this you will find a brief selection of the in-play markets that they offer. On the right hand side you will be able to find your bet slip, a favourites section which you will be able to add to once you’ve got an account and the live now quick links.
Welcome Bonus & Promotions
SuperLenny has recently changed its free bet welcome bonus from a deposit bonus to a risk free bet, this means customers will now be able to claim a £25 risk free bet. This essentially means that if you place a £25 bet and it loses, your customer account will be credited with a £25 bonus to use. But if you go on to win your bet you wont be given anything in return. These typically aren’t the type of bonuses we like but they do allow you to test out a bookmakers without risking any of your own money.
Promotions are quite limited at SuperLenny but they’re still a fledging bookies, currently there is only a casino bonus, the standard welcome bonus and the chance to earn ‘bux’ which can be cashed in for free bets, bonuses and free spins when you’ve accrued enough.
Customers will be able o choose from a wide selection of markets to choose from, however like most betting sites we have listed football seems to be the most popular one with the bigger variety of types of bets that can be placed. Football fans will be able to bet on all the major European Leagues such as the Premier League, Serie A, La Liga and Bundesliga which is the main focus. You will also be able to place bets on other sports such as Handball, Basketball, Skiing, Cricket, Tennis, Horse Racing, Pool, Snooker, MMA and Rugby.
In-play is pretty limited at SuperLenny with them only having markets for the following sports football, tennis, volleyball and basketball. To be honest we have found the whole in-play console to be quite primitive so if this is something that you like to do then you may want to find a more in-play focussed bookies such as Bet365.
SuperLenny accepts all the mainstream methods that customers use at other bookmakers such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex, e-wallets such as Neteller and Skrill. There are a few other more niche methods such as iDeal, Paysafecard, SoFort, Trustly, Euteller and Uberweisung.
Withdrawal times are industry standard with 3-5 days for card withdrawals and 24-48 hours to e-wallets.
One of the areas that SuperLenny has really strived to become the best is their Customer Service department, their staff has just been much more welcoming and friendly than some of the other betting sites that we’ve used, answering our questions in a very short period of time. However one pitfall that we have noticed is they have limited operating hours for their live chat department which are only open between the hours of 10am to 12am, despite this you can still email through the contact form.
For any smaller problems that you may have take a look at the FAQ section which cover the vast majority of questions that you may have.
SuperLenny offer a viable alternative way of betting to what we normally see by providing customers with a minimalistic approach to how sports betting should be done. Instead of lumbering their site full of promotions they decided to reduce all the advertisements showing customers what they can bet on. While there are still a few kinks that will need ironing out this will happen over time as they begin to grow in size. So if you’re looking for a new betting site to sign up to we definitely advise checking them out.
